Connor was amazing! He is a great asset and benefit to MAC! I came in wanting teaching on how to "beat" my face as the new generation says. He not only gave me a great makeover but he also is equipped with makeup knowledge galore that he was able to deliver to me in lessons. MAC better keep him around

I went in on 12/30 with an appointment to have my face done. There was a very kind young lady, short with a pretty face and very pleasant demeanor that greeted me. She then directed me to a big, tall young lady with natural hair with a very unpleasant and nasty attitude. She did not speak nor did she look in the system to confirm my appointment. She just began picking up make up trying to match my skin shade. Never said a word or asked me what type of beat I wanted. So she began and I could feel her just spreading makeup on my face with a brush and not once used a sponge. And drew on what felt like and turned out to be eyebrows the size of eagle wings. She was done in all of 7 minutes. I looked in the mirror and couldnt even identify myself. The makeup was horrible. By this time the manager Connor saw it was awful as well he came over and offered to remake my face. I accepted and he did an awesome job! Very kind guy and very talented. I informed him of the rudeness and unprofessional conduct with the artist and he was not surprised. It seems that she is always unpleasant and doesnt want to serve customers and needs more training. Avoid the Tall, big girl with the natural hair. She has no place in MAC.
