Idk what has happening in the last weeks there but twice this week I have ordered online, been in line in less time than estimated for my order to be ready, today I sat in the line for 17 minutes, and both times my food was cold. And not like it had been sitting too long but like there is something wrong with their oven or they arent cooking it properly. Its annoying to eat a mushy feeling sandwich when the bread doesnt even feel toasted like normal. Then when I went back the first time to tell them, they didnt have the same food to replace it, replaced it with a cheaper item, and did nothing to rectify it being cheaper. I didnt even try today because the person Wednesday was kinda rude when I came back through. Discourages me from using that location again. There are four others on my way to work daily
