        Everyone was helpful and nice and the owner was there and was awesome! They were packed because it was the day before SU's homecoming, but they had a variety of items to choose from. Will be back for more!

        Definitely need to work on the customer service.. it was that obvious that you were annoyed with getting me my package. Whole process took 2 months.. then all of a sudden a jacket appeared when a refund was requested.
