The worst run organization I've ever experienced in my life. An inspector named Bruce Sanchez apparently couldn't find my address for an inspection even though it's clearly post on the front of the house, instead of calling me with the phone number that was listed on my permit, he simply rejected the permit and then proceeded to reject my phone calls and failed my inspection after I took off work today to meet with this" inspector" how pathetic that the pizza man and the mailman can find my house and have no problem calling me whenever they need to bring me a package but this incompetent organization can't even execute their job

The entire agency should be shut down. Just start all the way over. Incompetent customer service representatives and the "supervisors" must not exist because they are just as worthless. Just do your project, nobody is even around to issue a fine if you don't! Lol!!

My business partner and I have been trying to open a business and get permits passed for a MONTH and have had little to no help from whoevers extension is 5862. She would tell us we needed certain permits and when we asked if that was it she would say yes, then turn around and tell us we need more. Never in my life have I heard of the problems weve had getting these permits in order. Its two days before we open and have had zero electricity while getting the place together in Louisiana summer heat mine you because of her. However, we went in to the office and met with Tiffany Morgan who was SO nice and helped us get everything fixed immediately. Like literally on the spot. She is the only reason Im giving a 3 star review instead of a 1. Tiffany, if youre reading this, THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Very unprofessional and unorganized, Lisa is very rude and incompetent of performing public service , I have been trying to deal with her for over 4 months and still no permit to build a small simple garage, always the same story she doesn't have all of the required paper because she either lost or misplaced it, when I checked my records they had been sent.
