Dr. Ashley continues to amazes me. In my line of work my body needs alot of healing. Dr. Ashley literally makes some aliments go away by her techniques and in time repairs others! I really appreciate her work, I wouldn't be able to do my job with out her services.

I'm writing this review as I've been turned away by this practice for 1.5 yrs and I'm officially fed up and beyond aggravated due to my current state of pain and quality of life. Ever since Covid-19 hit the Baton Rouge area last March, Momentum has had their books closed, which is understandable to an extent. I'm a medical professional myself and understand being cautious. However, I never turn away a patient that needs my help or assistance. I have 3 herniated discs in my low back (L3-4, 4-5, L5-S1). I'm in need of chiropractic care asap. I called the front desk and Franky who answered the phone, once again stated that Dr. Blanche is not accepting new patients at this time and that she would put me down on a waiting list. I explained to Franky that I have been trying to get in with Momentum for well over a year and that I'm in a lot of pain and discomfort. She said there was nothing that she can do but put my name down. I've had "my name put down" for many months and not once have I been called for a consult or even just a quick follow up to see what my condition is. I kindly asked Franky, if she could refer me to another chiropractor in town since Dr. Blanche doesn't have any availability at this time. Franky said they do not do referrals. At this point, I'm very frustrated and upset as 1: Dr. Blanche is not seeing new patients and it has been well over a year, 2: Dr. Blanche will not refer out to anyone, which makes me question her medical ethics and morals. If I am incapable of seeing new patients, I will ALWAYS refer my patients out to another provider. As a medical health professional, my number one priority is always helping the patient, whether it be through services or knowledge. I have never spoken with Dr. Blanche and have only spoken with her staff. I would greatly appreciate some type of correspondence to my complaint, so that I can have a better understanding of why Dr. Blanche will not see patients in dire need of her help.
