I feel that the people inside of there. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. I love coming to this place. The only problem I have is the smell in there being that I have had cancer; I am very sensitive to the smell. So I can't stay in there long. My daughter struggles with the smell in there as well and she has not had cancer so hopefully. That will resolve itself. Your employees and customers matter. Please research the stuff you are putting into the air because you could be potentially harming your employees yourself and your patrons.

Horrible customer service; rude, not friendly and ignores you when you walk in the door; most of the staff would be better suited working with IT or security; not directly working with people; I hate to walk in the store

The staff at OUAC Baton Rouge is fantastic! They are always welcoming, they look at and purchase your items any time of day. They always purchase my clean, gently used and even sometimes new items. The OUAC staff should probably train the Style Encore staff on customer service! Thank you OUACBR!
