Unique Cuisine Catering

Unique Cuisine was a hit at my daughters rehearsal dinner and wedding. The standard of excellence from the ladies in the office to the chefs and service staff is superior. This company works hard to make its customers happy and it shows in every dish. I am in awe of how they manage to provide large quantities of food with amazing flavors, cooked to perfection, and beautiful to boot. There is no one else I would trust with such an important event in our lives.

My first time experience with this catering co. was at an LSU event today which MiMi oversaw. The whole team did a great job with all of the staggered experiences throughout the day. And Gluten Free options! YAY!

They made our wedding reception so savory and worry free - Nick's standard and truthful answer to everything, "Don't worry, we'll take care of it."  And he and his staff did.    They adapted, several times, to the threat and reality of rain on the patio, and the installation art of the art gallery.  It all came out just like we imagined, from the asparagus spears, to the crawfish pistolettes, to the alligator bites and the delicious way they served up my dad's deer sausage.  And the displays were beautiful, as well as tasty. Nick knows how to set up- when it turned out that the live music inside couldn't be heard outside, Nick intuitively plugged in his ipod to speakers we had for later on in the night & set the perfect patio wedding mood with Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, etc so both inside & outside folks were relaxing with tunes.  People are still talking about how delicious all the food was.  Complete professional service done with the personal touch of keeping us all happy.  Truly cannot recommend Nick and his quality work enough.
