Overpriced and poor quality items!!! The zipper on a bag that I brought from here was broken and I asked to exchange it and they made a big fuss about it. Wont be returning. I might make another account just to share more experiences, thats how terrible this establishment is.

Zero Stars. These people forgot to put a shirt that I PAID for in my bag right before I left for a trip. They dont open until 1pm but argued with me about how long my trip was and why I didnt come back sooner. I was suppose to do more to get a response even though I called everyday AND dmed on social media where I saw they were definitely active. No one answers the phone or direct messages but yet Im suppose to think theyd reply to text and emails. They failed to mention their policy ANYWHERE and inconvenienced me on my trip but somehow it was my fault. Apparently they were doing me a COURTESY by giving me a refund lol. Like the other review said, you all make it difficult to support black businesses. Poor customer service.

Just left there for the second time today, had a pricing issue and the manager/owner (?) was so so sweet and went out of her way to fix it for me when she really didnt have to. She also shows great care in the items, as well as the shoppers!

Amazing boutique with realllly great potential but its like you literally have to begggg them to update their site. And then when they do say its updated, you look and barely anything you saw on social media is on there still. like?? Do you not want shoppers? You scroll and literally every time its comments about the site. Sooo?? Its given what needs to be worked on.
