        Ordered a custom sweatshirt through my college and first of all its printed instead of the embroidered version which I ordered, secondly its honestly the worst quality sweatshirt Ive ever purchased in my life. My expectations have never been so under met. Print is crooked and its so incredibly thin I might as well have ordered a t shirt. Almost impressed with how terrible the quality is on top of it being the wrong order. Instead of fixing the issue I was refunded $12. Appalled.

        Having a no return policy is absolutely ridiculous. Response: Refunds are common practice with every retailer within 30 days. Not offering this is a joke.

        My absolute favorite place to get LSU merch!!!! Staff is also so friendly and the store is always so clean. I would recommend shopping here to any LSU fan!
