        After 46 years at Forest Park Baptist Church in Illinois. I came back to Baton Rouge, LA, in November of 2021, and immediately joined Jefferson Baptist Church. A church, not unlike the one I'd served in all those years ago. I had asked God for a similar house of worship, and He did not disappoint. I'm content and happy here amidst the smiling faces, kindred spirit of the congregation, and its outpouring of love; No! I never fail to thank Him. Ernie Hines Official website
