Very quick service. Brought my Mercedes in because I had a coolant leak and my vehicle wasn't even at the shop for a week. The speed and quality of the service was very good I would recommend this mechanic to anyone in the area. Very professional.

Tommys Auto advised me to bring my truck in after I explained to him the problem. The first week he indicated that I have a bad lifter on the passenger side of my truck. I authorized him to repair my truck and the next week he called indicating that its not the Lifter but a crack intake manifold alone with broken spring in one of the Cylinder.I advised him to go ahead and repair my truck. Two days later he called and stated that he ordered the part from Auto Zone. Two days later he indicated that the intake didnt match up.I called Auto Zone and they confirmed that they dont stock intakes. I advised Tommys Auto that I will look for the part this weekend and if I cant find it I will pick my truck up Monday, April 3, 2023. He suggested the dealership and the cost will be 1200 dollars . Suggested that I will look for one online this weekend and if I couldnt locate one I will pick my truck up. He became angry and hung up on me. Then he called back within seconds and stated hes not putting it back together for its to much work and come and get your truck. He hung up on me again. Service: Engine repair
