I purchased my truck brand new. It had never been worked on before. I took it to Tri-Care to have some lifters replaced in my engine a year later, after the warranty had expired. Upon inspection after their service, I was surprised to find that many components were not reinstalled properly. When I attempted to change my thermostat, I discovered parts left hanging without proper reattachment. Additionally, some nuts and bolts were missing from places where they were deemed unnecessary by the service personnel. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Dishonest company. I was quoted 1100 for an ignition coil replacement and spark plugs. Coil replacement is a fast easy job. The spark plugs, which they were charging me $38 a piece for , but are actually $10 a piece . Wow. Also told me I had to pay for the diagnostic fee on top of the services. Update : my son did all of the above for 180 parts and about an hour an half times with wrong tools had to use what he had
