They are unorganized and very unprofessional, they are late coming into the office and dont answer the phones (so if you want anything you better go up there) we have been trying to move in and have already been approved but they have yet to give us anything to sign or ask for a deposit. The only person that can do anything about moving in is the manager and its hard to catch her. Im very disappointed in how long its taking for them to get their stuff together

Psimo no atienden a los llamados de sus inquilinos con respecto al mantenimiento de los apartamentos ya que desde que me mud no cuento con agua caliente y a la estufa solo le funciona un quemador (en mltiples ocasiones les he hecho saber que necesito que me ayuden con estos problemas pero nunca me ayudan). So an honest review. They are nearly impossible to reach by phone but they are very helpful and polite once you do. The staff is very kind and helpful with what they can be. And we don't have mailboxes at the moment which is a hassle idk where my mail is. My ceiling fan was fixed next day after I asked about it so that wad pretty promising.
Are they luxurious apartments? No. Is there paint on most everything? Yes. But it's safe, well lit and quiet in my experience here.
My apartment has some old staining and damage to the door/cabinet drawers and floors, but for what I pay and the space I get it's pretty fair. My hot water heater is nearly brand new and the a/c works well.
The garbage is maintained and there's an officer on site. I walk my dog along the canal most mornings and evening and don't have any worries about being harassed or followed.
Overall I'd recommend it if you have the patients to go into the office for things you need.

Got ghosted on 2 scheduled tours where they then did not pick up the phone for 2 weeks. After we finally did get someone on the phone for a tour we were notified their 675$ apartments were raised in price to 875$ which is a 200$ increase for ABSOLUTELY NO QUALITY CHANGE. for 875$ I should be able to get more than a 1 bed 1 bathroom with a washer and dryer MINIMUM. Would not recommend
