let's do an updated review of these apartments. totally disgusting place to live . the building is invested with roaches and the owners know but did nothing about it but complain when i spoke on it. the roaches were so bad they got in any food i would cook, was all in the bedroom, coming out of cabinets, etc. window unit does not keep the entire apt cool enough. my stove wouldn't turn off a few times and they wouldn't do anything to fix it because jim claims since he didn't see it, it wasn't a problem. rent is cheap yes, but they have no maintenance man to fix anything that goes wrong, the landlord was doing a job he had no idea about. the cheapest landlord you will have see. couldn't even get a fresh paint job yet alone my toilet seat had mildew on in and instead of replacing it which only cost $10 they tried cleaning it; not to mention the deposit was $625 plus the rent to move in. So the money was there to replace it. they always had their money on time so me paying rent was never a problem for them but i did expect better being that i was living there. jim would get upset when i had something wrong with my apt saying i was the only person experiencing any issues; they didn't care long as they had their money. i wouldn't dare go back and suggest you to run away from this place. they don't deserve one star, i wouldn't even let a homeless person live in this disaster off what they expect you to call your home.

Been living here for going on four years now. The apartments are decent, cheap, and the landlord is super reasonable. The only issue is no pets but if you don't have one in the first place who cares. Right across the street from plenty of restaurants and I don't think there's been a break in the entire time I've been here so that's a plus. Overall it's great for students and people looking to start their lives on the right foot.
