This place is horrible, noisy neighbors, younger kids roam late, a killing did take place here, maintenance sucks, the lady in the office is unpleasant, not very helpful, the whole staff is unprofessional, especially the lady in charge of the programs such as section 8, housing ect..

No parking, gates dont work, trash everywhere, and the rent to high for the area.

This is the 2nd nicest project I stayed in so far only 2 people was killed and I only hear gun shots every other night. No need to lock your car door around here the thiefs break your windows to get your stuff. Other then that everything is out of order gates dont never work one time someone came to my door trying to open it saying he lived at my apartment and that was crazy along with all the other crazy things I see over here every day but I cant complain this is the HOOD!!!

If I could rate this as -5 stars I would DO NOT under any circumstances move here the pool is only there for decorations and a attention grabber they never open it and just keep giving you the run around dishwasher garbage disposal been broke since we moved here told the regional manager about the mold and they just painted over it a lot of people ac dont work people breaking into apartments busting out their windows to their apt dumpster get set on fire cars get set on fire cars have been broken into multiple times they sell you a dream just to get you in here but dont be fooled because you will find out the truth once they get you locked into your lease the front and back gate is always broken we had old residents trying to break into our apartment while we were home they changed management and they are worse the the old management with nasty attitudes and refused to give you their supervisor number and if you looking to enjoy the amenities then look somewhere else RATS RATS RATS RATS RATS unsafe playground with holes in the fence if you looking for a safe home for your kids this is not it they have had multiple killing found out someone got murdered in my apt before I moved here its right next to the hood with gunshots every night DONT BE FOOLED MOVE ANYWHERE BUT HERE
