Cypress Park

AMAZING place to live in BR that I HIGHLY recommend!! I had an 11-month lease with Cypress Park Apartments, and the only reason I did not renew it is because I was offered a job in another city and state. The price is honestly fantastic for the space, quality, and safety that you get from this residential area. Many BR apartments will advertise that they are a "gated community," but few hold their promise like Cypress Park. Personally, I loved having access to the gym, pool, pier, lake, laundry, mailbox, and Amazon drop box all within close proximity. My baby brother really enjoyed seeing the ducks roam around the property too near the lake. There is such a relaxed and serene atmosphere here that is great for families, children, and college students. Most importantly, the management team was very welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond. You definitely won't regret choosing Cypress Park as your next place to live if you are looking for a clean and secure space.

Cypress Park, Management (Ryan & Brandi), and Maintenance Team over here has been hands down amazing. No complaints. 10/10 Highly Recommend. Appreciate everyone creating the living experience great.

EDIT: 2 YEARS LATER THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR A DEBT THEY DID NOT MAKE ME AWARE OF AND WON'T TAKE MY CALLS. FOR REAL DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Whole complex floods every July. Lived here for 2 years and the first year thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Thought maybe it was an especially rainy season. Wrong. We filed a maintenence request and were not kept informed about anything happening or why there was water flowing through our downstairs living area. Then it flooded again a few weeks later. Then again the next summer. Management gave us no help in the cleanup or explanations. The AC unit in our apartment was installed improperly and never cooled effeciently the entire two years. Multiple maintenence requests were made. My roomate, who was a certified HVAC tech, ended up having to tinker with it consistently to even have it work but was afraid to do anything more for fear of being kicked out for "damaging" it. He also said the connections that were used in the system were ancient and practically illegal. Emergency responders were there almost every weekend for some reason or other wether it be apartment fires or just ER calls. Really wouldnt reccomend.

Cypress Park is a great place to live!! I never had any problems. The office staff was great, if I needed maintenance they came right away!! If it was not for my job I would still be there!!!

Cypress Park has been a great place to live. The apartments are definitely old, but any maintenance issues I ever had were always tackled quickly and effectively. This is some of the best Management Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. They were very helpful in getting us set up in our apartment and even helping us get rid of some things when we moved out. They planned a few family-friendly events throughout the year at the complex where people could spend time together at the very nice common area. There is also a great spot near the back of the complex where there is a beautiful pond, dock, and lots of trees. Great for walks! My unit was one of their 3 bedroom townhomes, and it was great. It is a little tight getting into the unit and getting up the stairs, so if you have big big furniture then beware! The kitchen was given new cabinets when we moved in and the unit was cleaned well. My unit also had a Vivint Smart Home system which was amazing for managing the AC, lights, and security of my home. Because my unit was in the front, the parking was a little awkward having to walk a bit. However, it wasnt a huge deal and the vast majority of their units have plenty of parking. Overall, I had a great experience with Cypress Park. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for apartments in the city.
