This company has been a trusted HVAC company from the start. Instead of being quick to replace my newer AHUs due to a coil leak, they were able to repair and replace coils to save money. Too many companies are quick to want to replace an entire unit when its not necessary and costly. Its August and the problem we dread most in south Louisiana occurs the AC stops running. We called Brad at LA Air Systems and he came right out and diagnosed the problem. He didnt sell me a brand new system when he very well could have and exactly what the next shop would do. Turned out to be the outside unit (fan motor went out). He was able to track down the correct part (this is an older unit thats still hanging in there) and came back and installed it same-day. While trying to find lunch in Baton Rouge i stumble upon a place of business that has chosen this company to do work. There was no indication that the place of business was closed. I popped my head inside because the front door was unlocked (adding to thoughts of them being open) and before I can apologize for interrupting them one of the Louisiana Air systems employee states "they're closed." And looked at me as if I was from another planet. Very rude. Not professional in the slightest
