I have an old house so my plumbing is not up too par.. I don't let anyone in my home but I gave this guy a chance and let me say he was attitude friendly, his smile. It's like I felt he was part of my family and when I described certain issues just like that he nailed it quick and that's what got me.... Now because of him no clogging my pipes or fresh and running smoothly. Don't take my word though give him a try and u want be disappointed
