I am writing a review because there does not appear to be an email available for communication, and because every time I call I feel as though I am not listened to, or am talked over. I called requesting to have something prescribed something to help me stop lactating. When I initially called to request medication, I expected to be met with the usual basic advice; however, I was disappointed that even after explaining the situation the exact same advice was parroted back to me, with the admonishment that these things take time. I understand that, and have been attempting to do this on my own for quite awhile, yet feel as though not only were my words ignored, but that the advice I received was fairly condescending. Being told that these things take time when I have been suffering for months before reaching out for help is something of a slap in the face. To reduce supply, I have been wearing tight bras, icing my breasts, dropping pumping sessions, not pumping until empty, and avoiding any stimulation of the breast or nipple. For the last week and a half, I have also been taking pseudoephedrine four times a day, which initially reduced output slightly, but that appears to have plateaued. I am down to 2 pumps per day, yet still producing far more than any child could consume daily, with a freezer full of milk, and a child over a year old and ready to be weaned. I have already donated more than 9,000 ounces of breastmilk to a milk bank, between 3,000 and 4,000 to women locally, and have been more than ready to be done for quite a while. I know it is not generally done, but all the usual and recommended methods to dry up are not working. I have been trying to reduce my supply since last November, and aggressively attempting to dry off since late January, yet am still producing 50-55 ounce of milk per day. I wake every morning with swollen, painful breasts, and cannot hold my child for the last few hours of the evening before I pump for the same reason. I leak constantly and overfill nursing pads so often that I have constant anxiety in public. I am consistently dealing with clogs and pain; if not for my experience with dairy animals helping me to recognize and address the signs of mastitis before antibiotic use is necessitated I likely would have had it many times already. It is severely impacting my quality of life and I cannot continue like this. I hope someone is willing to take the time to read through and address my issues, though the responses I have received thus far do not inspire confidence.

I need the ceos information to Rapides Regional Medical Center i hit up the congressman left voicemails and sent emails and i will continue to reach out for assistance. I have a delayed birth certificate so the passport agency needs early records im aware the only record the hospital doesnt destroy after 10 years is the birth record. I reached out to the hospital for it didnt give anything but my name and a lady by the name of deneise writes me back confirming she has the record but the whole time im asking for it shes trying to divert me to contact vital records she then gives me dates for the records she has for me I explained those are my birth records i need those the impaient stay was the day i was born immediately she ignores me until i call and leave a message . Then she. Emails me saying SHE HAS NO RECORDS but how would you know when i was there from the month and year if only i gave you was my name . After saying you have the records ive also reached out to the news station and i will not stop until i get the issue resolved
