        John Ward Interiors and Gifts is filled with thoughtfully curated furniture, art, lighting, clothing, jewelry, and gifts. Outstanding customer service including gift wrapping. My out of town family and friends love to shop here every time they visit. I always find the perfect gift and usually leave with something for myself too.

        I will never shop at this place again! They are rude and would not let me return/exchange two pieces of jewelry my husband got me for Christmas! Making up policies as they go along! 14 days is what they told me for Christmas return policy?! How was I supposed to know that?! Been so busy lately that it feels like Christmas was just last week! This is the second disappointing and distasteful occurrence with them. Its a shame little old Alexandria doesnt have better businesses in it. I will tell everyone about my experiences with this place and never shop here again!!!

      Jessica, we are so sorry that you are not pleased with your experience. We pride ourselves in customer service. Unfortunately, your request for exchange was outside of the scope of our policy. As a small, locally owned business we have policies in place to protect ourselves. These policies have been in place for 15 years. Our return policy is posted at all registers & at the bottom of each receipt at purchase. We have taken your feedback into consideration, and are now reminding all customers of our return policy at checkout.
