I replaced all my windows. I highly recommend Jim Olivier for window replacement. The sales process was so informative without a high pressure sales "pitch". They came out and measured my windows twice with different people measuring to ensure accuracy. They kept me up to date on the status of the order at all times. The installer was wonderful! He is a true professional. He was so friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up completely. The windows are beautiful and are so much more insulating than my old windows. I will definitely use Jim Olivier again if I need any other home improvements.

In this day and age, its really hard to find good customer service but with Jim Olivier's Home Improvement, great customer service is their best trait. The whole experience starting with estimating, follow up and then the actual installation was 5 stars! Our doors and windows look awesome! Ms Anna was marvelous throughout the whole process. I cant say enough good things about Jim Olivier's Home Improvement and highly recommend them.

My house was built in 1959,it's a very old house with out dated windows. I take care of my mother whose 85 years old, everyertime we watched t.v. in the living room i have to cover her with blankets, because air seeping threw the windows I'm glad to say" i have put away her blankets and we are enjoying this new installation Thank you guys for making my house feel safe and comfortable again I have no regrets...job well do!

Excellent customer service and professional work. From the first phone call to the completed job, their team members were courteous and helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way with the project. Mrs. Olivier personally came by when the job was completed to make sure I was pleased with the work. I highly recommend them!!
