The Customer Service given by Sherrie at foot locker was unacceptable!! She was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My mother is a very sweet and a Holy woman and I did not appreciate the way she was treated. My mother purchased a pair of adidas on sale for my Dad and the shoes were a half size too small. My mother called to see if the store had the correct size and Sherries tone was not pleasant at all. Everybody has there days I get it, so Sherrie confirmed the size was in stock. When my mother arrived to footlocker to exchange the exact shoes for a bigger a size, RUDE SHERRIE with the same unpleasant energy over phone showed over the counter!! She tells my mother since she purchased the shoe during a sale she would have to pay the difference!!! Now since when do You pay the difference for an exchange on the same item SHERRIE???So the manager came out and confirmed that my mother didnt need to pay the difference because it was an even exchange, no biggie right!? No after finishing the transaction Sherrie hands my mother her receipt and then just walks off and leaves the shoes on the counter! NO She didnt bag my mothers items, no have a nice day NOTHING.That was confirmation that that lady was being a Bword for no apparent reason and she does not need to be working in customer service. I get everyone is not chipper but theres a difference between being beat from work and being just a straight up nasty person.
