Great experience with the service department at Primeaux Alexandria. After having brake issues/errors while on a trip, the truck dealership narrowed the problem down to the camper. We called and Starr had us bring our fifth wheel in the very next day.
Very courteous and professional from the first phone call until we picked our camper up just a few days later. The service department was top-notch in narrowing down the issue and repairing the wiring. Jennifer, Pat, Mark and Starr were great...so glad we purchased our Cougar from Primeaux...they have provided us with excellent service after the sale.
