        pleased and satisfied with the work and the reasonable cost. responsive, professional, courteous and customer service. When the maintenance service for my condo had to be rescheduled twice earlier due to unavoidable reasons, dispatcher Jase had called me several times as I couldnt be reached due to technical issues at my end. The technician Joesph who came to do the maintenance did a good job. He explained me very well the status of the equipment, gave his technical recommendations as well as the options available and answered my question patiently and professionally.
