    Wonderful place to receive service! Doctor Leblanc is extremely knowledgeable and tremendously kind. Anna took her time and fitted me perfectly for my eye wear.     Horrible experience!! Some staff are incredibly RUDE! The receptionist talks down to you like you're trash, sad considering a woman of her age range should know how to behave better (Excluding some of them, some of their staff are professional and polite)They contacted me almost a month after my glasses were picked up and paid for to tell me my insurance didn't accept the claim. My insurance will deny certain lenses IMMEDIATELY not a month later. They did the same thing with my daughter's glasses. Basically they have NO business morals and will do this in order to generate a bill. A rather big bill too! They did a terrible job of placing my lenses in the frames. They scratched up the lenses to the point I couldn't see out of one of them but they got their money alright! They reordered them and went to set them again only to do the same thing! There was less damage the 2nd time so I called that a win instead of giving them the chance to screw up again. Overall the quality of service and products are in no way worth the time or the price. Wished I'd have saved myself the trouble and read all the bad reviews this place got....they were similar to our experience!!!

    Dr. LeBlanc improved my quality of life in one visit. I struggled with dry eye for most of my life. Every eye doctor i went to before Dr. LeBlanc told me to use over the counter drops but the drops never seemed to help. Dr. LeBlanc talk to me about punctal plugs I decided to go ahead with the punctal plugs i walked into the appointment with dry eyes and walked out with out dry eyes. I have not had problems since. Dr. LeBlanc was the first Doctor to take the time to explain my symptoms of progressive myopia (nearsightedness). We started a treatment that will slow down the degradation of my vision. Im extremely happy with my treatment, bed side manner of Dr. LeBlanc and environment of clinic. I felt like family during my appointments.

    First off, the Dr and some of the staff are amazing it's the process that I am dealing with now that's a problem. I had a problem with my prescription and I had to get it adjusted twice and the doctor was very helpful and patient with me but unfortunately I had to get another prescription elsewhere. I have requested a refund of $275 and have been calling daily to get the status of my request. During this period I had to pay for another pair of glasses around the same amount. Trust me times are hard and I don't have money to just give away. I was told they have to speak to the owner which is understandable but at least call and tell me something. (Yes or no just tell me something)It is going on 2 weeks now and no type of call back or anything. I can honestly say other than this, I think it is a pretty good eye center. Update: I called on yesterday October 6 and office manager was with a patient and they gave her the message. Called today and office manager is out for the week and owner hasn't been in since my request. Hopefully I will get a call one day. Oct 20th update: still haven't received a call. I will probably do better just going into the office. Maybe I can get a response. I am honestly surprised with the lack of concern from the office. Update 10/31: Stated they would refund $105. Not sure how they came to this amount but at this point I am just wanting to be done with this issue. Refund received. Thank you Stephanie for all your help.
