Savannah helped my fianc and I find the perfect house for us! She helped us over 10 months or so of looking since we had some pretty strict criteria. Even through dealing with her own personal life, she constantly kept us up to date and made sure we were able to see listings as fast as possible. Savannah would search and send us listings she thought we would be interested in, and gave great advice when the time finally came to purchase! I wouldnt use anyone else. No regrets in getting Savanna to work on my side as the buyer. She is not worried about negotiating the price down and losing some commission.
