Such a let down! They don't have enough employees to see people except like one time a week and when we would see someone, it's like they couldn't wait to leave as soon as they got here! And it was always new people...never kept same staff so hard to trust anyone. I know a few goof people who went to work for them. 2 quit immediately and said they were so unorganized and it was chaos in the office and 1 was let go with no reason whatsoever except that she didn't fit in...probably because she was smart and had it together unlike them. Don't waste your time with these people!

I met Michael about a year ago and I was impressed with how compassionate, caring and committed he was to providing true individualized health benefits in our community. I met the rest of his staff and was moved with how they each shared that same dedication. 3H is the exact breath of fresh air we needed to our behavioral health needs within Central Louisiana. Michael has also committed himself to the development of our community through a group he founded called 3H Rucks. Thank you 3H for investing in CENLA!!!!!

Member's personal business being discussed in one one sessions, used as a way to convince us we need to call each other out about events made known to us during said sessions. Outside of telling us what page it was, not one sentence was read or completed there is no structure to the program and it seems very unorganized . She moved on to the calendar that was given out two weeks prior and asked me to go to the board. Most nights feel like a gossip session where we sit and attack one member a night. I was asked to get up and put my calendar on the board. I complied with the request made by Miranda. After writing my schedule for this week on the board. I was told I had plenty of time to attend another group. We didn't take a break on time because I was upset about the way the night was going. Yet because I am the "problem" we had to work through it, instead of giving me time to refocus and come back if that's what we were doing. I'm told on several occasions no one wants to come to the group because of me, yet when I ask the other members about it no one agrees with this except one member. Katlin whom I told during the discussion that if she didn't really agree with what was being said to shut up because she stated she's going to say whatever is necessary to complete the program. In all, I was told I should find somewhere else to go because the facilitator don't want me there nor do the group members. At one point I have been told by my counselor Miranda she completely dreads having one on ones with me. I gave my Life Story 2 weeks ago May 2, 2023 at which time I was told I should graduate the following Thursday.

I cant comment on the services provided here because I dont know that side, but from a former prospective employee, when I interviewed with healing hands and hearts they seemed all excited and I was given the impression I definitely had the job even though that wasnt outright stated. They told me I was exactly the type of person the company needed. Later they sent me an email declining me. The owner later had the audacity to reach out to me again offering me another job with them, without providing an explanation for the prior shady wishy washy behavior. I responded by pointing out the inconsistency and received no response. I feel treated like a last resort. Needless to say I did not accept the offer the second time around. Im not exactly holding my breath on getting an explanation from them. If I could submit this with 0 stars I would.
