Caring Choices of Alexandria

The staff here are rude and don't care about the people they work with let alone any of the clients that come in. The security guards are threatening, the reception staff is very unprofessional, and the clinicians are very uncaring about the people they are taking to. All they do is look at their computers and never listen or make eye contact with you. Seems like this behavior comes from being mindless state employees so that is reflective of the leadership. They are there to receive a paycheck and go home. Caring choices is a joke of a name for this place as they do not care at all.

I get my appointments canceled at last minute and I have been a patient there since they were open in pineville Louisiana on central grounds. They wait til the day of or close to the day of your appointment and dont reschedule the same day.

They wouldn't let me change doctors even though this doctor was making everything worse. It's already hard to find help in the area. Dr. Alla needs to leave her personal beliefs at home and not try to press it on anyone. Heather the supervisor or whatever thought it was all very funny. Some people do not need to work in mental healthcare. They have no passion. It's just a check for them.

I thank God I made the decision to come to Caring Choices. I absolutely love the staff here. They are helping me be successful in so many ways. Everyone I have seen here seems devoted to giving me the care and compassion I've needed. I haven't been tossed around like some folks have claimed on their reviews but their patient load seems extreme so please be patient with them.
