Aggressive Health Solutions

My entire experience has been poor. From the first day I picked up by machine I felt rushed and as if the questions I had were too elementary to be asked. The main focus point seemed to be emphasizing "available for cash purchase" as if to make sure I needed to FULLY understand I needed to be able to afford to do business there if something wasn't covered by my insurance. I was told I would be notified I needed to periodically order new supplies. When the time passed for the initial time to reorder based on the literature I was given I called to inquire, since I had not heard from them. No big deal, things happen, people forget, etc. When I called I was very rudely told I had been called and a message left. I explained that I had never received a call or message and was told "well we keep very good notes, its says here we did and we only call once. we don't have time to follow up with people." As someone who works in retail "people" are clients, and the sole reason a business exists. The point of my call wasn't too place blame, just to verify the process and order the supplies needed. The attitude of the staff made me feel as if I owed them an apology for inquiring. At this point again the emphasis was that nothing could be done until my current insurance deductible was verified and then I would have to be able to pay any amount owed BEFORE (emphasized by them) supplies could be sent. It's such a shame that trying to do business locally, at prices higher than what are available on line, is rewarded with unappreciative condescending service. I would strongly suggest looking for other options if they are available to you.
