Econo Lodge Inn & Suites

I have stayed at 3 different Comfort Inns in the last month and a half and was totally happy with the first two, but this event was of a different nature. First off, while acknowledging that check in time was at 3pm, I arrived at 2:15 with my reservations,  my wife, and two children after being in the car since early am only to be told to come back at 3 as that was check in time. I was the only one in the lobby but noticed another vehicle sitting outside on a nearly empty parking lot obviously awaiting the same 3pm check in.  Checked in at 3pm after 45 unpleasant minutes with the children in the car to find the heat on in the room and the temperature inside the room at 80 degrees, and there was one towel and one washcloth for linen for the 4 of us.  The room was very nice for the price range, but when we came back in that night after visiting with family that the refrigerator wasn't working. To late to address the refrigerator at this point, but did go back down and get the necessary linens that had not been brought up to the room as was told would happen. Roll the clock to breakfast and it was epic mismanagement. The things you take for granted (plates, knives, cups) and the things you don't,  (like not knowing the orange juice dispenser button was finicky and had to be pushed on the bottom left before the orange juice would come out, or the being out of waffle batter and this never being refilled). Then, when checked out was told that they could not give us a receipt for our stay. Overall a very non-relaxing stay in a pretty good room and will not stay there again.

THEY STEAL I STILL HAVENT GOT MI DEPOSIT MONEY BACK THT THEY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR AMD SWORE IT WASNT THEM THAT CHARGED ME THE SECOND TIME EVEN THOUGH THE BUSINESS NAME WAS THERE TWICE

Good for overnight Overall 4/5 Value 5/5 Internet 5/5 Pros: room was clean. Motel was clean. Room was spacious and well laid out. Internet worked well. Locating near the interstate. Plenty of parking. Motel was quiet and seemingly had few guests. Cons: bathroom was not so clean. Desk chair wouldn't raise up - the adjustment was broken. Toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Toilet float didn't work quite right and tank wouldn't refill - I had to take the top off the tank and play with the float each time. There is no real breakfast offered.
