Lowe's Home Improvement

Posting for my friends Cathy and Jack Taylor in Melder. After noticing a strange odor after a dryer installation she traced it to a improperly installed dryer purchased and installed by Lowe's. The clamps were found never installed ! She has been hung up on several times by management and customer service and they were told they need to find a relative to rectify the improper install. Then they were told they were too busy to deal with the problem and hung up on again. Jack is a 96 year old Veteran that can in no way get behind the dryer to fix YOUR PROBLEM ! They also scratched a newer Lowe's purchased Refrigerator when they delivered the washer and dryer and have been run in circles with that as well. I would have left 0 stars but that doesn't seem to be an option.

Direct to the point, that for me that their service is very very poor and made me pissed off. Yes, it was so not good for you to get a refill propane tank here you have to wait for more than 15 minutes Yes, more than 15 minutes because I counted it out. Happens to me and my husband 4 times. Theres this Lady who was on her phone and ignored me. They paged her twice and she wont listen and ignore the call. I would not recommend this location for getting a refill of propane tanks. Period
