Contacted this business for remodeling and had several quotes done during this same timeframe. Part of doing business with almost any construction company is they provide free estimates. John showed up at my house almost an hour late and didnt say a word. Next, we proceeded to walk around my home as we discussed the remodel... immediately I noticed the quote was different from competitors. John wasnt taking notes, measurements, and after being at my property for about 15 minutes began trying to talk me out of the remodel. Partly I appreciate the advice he was trying to give me; however, I felt that based on what he was saying about his company being the most productive and moving Workers with specific specializations around jobs to be more productive/profitable, he wasnt interested in my small $30k budget. Every contractor was able to give me a quote on the spot or within a few days. John requested 1 to 2 weeks time. Which I gave him... I did not receive a quote or any correspondence from Lyons. When I contacted him back after two weeks John said he was preparing my quote and needed a few days. Gave him the few days... still no quote. I decided to just choose between the contractors that had given me a quote. This is just bad business all the way around, no one should treat their customers or potential customers this way. I would not recommend this contractor, buyer beware. Hope the company has better leadership in the future. Thanks.
