Called to schedule an appointment for a new patient back in November 2023 and the earliest I can get an appointment was April 2024. No rush for me since being new to the area I just had a cleaning in October. Due to a recent knee injury I now have a conflict with another doctors appointment and called to reschedule my dentist appointment and was told they dont reschedule new patients. Lucky for me I take care of my teeth and will be taking my business elsewhere. I have lived in 9 different states and have never heard of a new patient not being able to reschedule an appointment. So beware, unless you are desperate, this place would rather loose customers.

This place is such a joke!!!! Had a crown put on in around first of December then called back 2 weeks later because was having problems. Of course this was close to Christmas didn't have any appts available so waited till after the first now I've been in pain for about a month now. Called was told first available was Jan 31. I said that's the first available she said yes. Can't hear her cause she talks so low asked repeatedly to speak up. I said I'll find another dentist she said ok. I will go somewhere where I'm respected and valued. Too many dentist in town.

My experience was very rough! I was in a lot of pain during what was suppose to be a floss by the dentist that i almost want to cry. The lady they had to do the cleaning however was very gentle but i have not gone back because I refuse to put myself throught hat again
