      image I will not shop here again until the female dark haired store manager is gone. She was extremely rude and just dismissed me. I am a loyal costumer for over 25 years to AE and have always received amazing service . When the manager makes annoyed sounds and facial gestures when discussing the return policy and then says washing an item qualifies as abuse ??? Really washing .. isnt that the instructions given to us on the item .. I will take my business to Lafayette And Online Ty !!! Rude people all day
