Alyssa Bordelon cut and styled my hair. BEST haircut I have ever had and thats saying a lot. I'm almost 70 years old. LOL. Great personality, very pleasant. Fun to talk with. Look forward to returning.

Had a 4pm appointment with Alyssa although fairly certain that it was supposed to be Laura. Last minute appointment so I'm grateful and arrive on time. Was told she was finishing up blow drying a client. No problem. Figure 5, 10 minutes. Forty minutes later she finishes. No acknowledgement the whole time. Not even when finished. Just ignored me. If I was a walk in then ok but I made an appointment which means I value their time to make and keep an appointment. My time was not valued and I was definitely not valued as a customer. Having worked in customer service since I was a kid, I'm usually pretty patient especially if someone acknowledges it. Any sort of acknowledgement would have eased my frustration significantly. Nothing. Told the older lady who checked me in that I was leaving after waiting 40 minutes especially since I was never acknowledged and told her to have a good one. 0 out of 5 stars.

My daughter's hair is soooo..... thick and waves mixed with curls can leave her hair in knots. Katie took good care of her and was polite and very helpful in getting her hair layered and thinned some. We will be back to see Katie in the future.
