Walden Point Apartments

Walls and flooring is extremely thin. If you stay in a bottom unit you can hear EVERYTHING the people above are doing. You can even hear them snoring. The units are poorly renovated. Looks like as if you put wrapping paper on poop. Office associates can work on following up with maintenance requests. Also nothing is ever fixed properly. You will run into the same issues shortly after something has been fixed.

I've been trying to find an affordable place to move into, and this place was on the affordable side. However, management is so bad and so rude with communication. It doesn't matter how many times I call or e-mail, they do not get back. The office is closed 24/7. The receptionist was really rude, and no one seems to know the availability of any rooms besides the property manager Jessica. It's like no one wants to send any inquiry to Jessica to call me back. It would be a lot easier if they had the website updated with the rent pricing per month. It would answer lots of questions from my POV. Moreover, update the website showing what rooms are available and soon-to-be available.

Jennifer is amazing, but the other person at the desk is rude and unprofessional. These apartments look like nothing pictured online, so seeing them in person is a big difference. Major Issues *Laundry room has small bugs in most of the machines and damaged a ton of my clothing from rust or smelly water. *Loud music will be played all hours of the night, so getting rest!!!if you are a light sleeper is impossible *Appliances barely work, my over didn't turn off and caught a small fire inside of it. * Refrigerator didnt work and caused me to replace all items over three times. *Shower pressure is barley works. * If your neighbor smokes in the bathroom, your apartment will be affected by smoke. Most important the smell that won't go away and cockroaches and ants come and go.

I have not been able to sleep in this place in months. They are currently in the process of renovating the entire complex. The walls are so thin you wake up everyday to nails getting hammered in the wall.

Very Unprofessional! Application process takes forever. They take your deposit and don't return for weeks !! This is a horrible complex DO NOT MOVE HERE . MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE!!
