This place is historic but ratchet @ it's worst. Homes are falling apart, continuous need for repair, and security is not up to par. Definitely not kid-friendly environment.

My daughter moved in on a Saturday and by the following Monday there wasn't any hot water because the hot water heater is busted, the electric system was out and the manager really didn't know what was going on. How do you rent a place to anyone without making sure the place is ready . Owners did you know that the ceiling in this apartment was out down the hallway and the air conditioning unit was just replaced.Evidence show that there was never an inspection done before you released the apartment . I don't know who the owner or owners are but come on now you must do better. This is a sad situation. One more thing,I realize that this is your business and you handle it your way. How do you justify the deposit being higher than the rent. Tell me that!!!

I lived there for almost 4 years, it's not what it's cracked up to be. Not allowed to have anyone come spend the night with you. Service is slow. Rules are so strict that you feel like your on a military base. Staff is nice. Maintance sucks and if you have any complaints it's hard to get a response in a timely manner. Overall I think you anyone that comes here needs to be on the verge of retirement.
