        Since this is Mardi Gras weekend, I thought that I would round up my research on "fried chicken". Now Church's and Popeye's are ok but, the chicken at this little convenience store has all of them beat. Every day, they consistently crank out the very best "fried chicken" I have ever had. I have gone there on different days to check their consistency and they score high every time. So if you are in the market for some "great" fried chicken, this is the place to visit. The first batch of chicken for the day is displayed on the checkout counter every day at 10:00 am and ready to eat, be aware that their chicken is so tender and juicy that you'll want to eat more than one piece, so go ahead. The second batch of chicken for the day is displayed on the checkout between 2 to 4:00 pm and once again, ready to eat. If this was not the best "fried chicken" I would not be writing about it. se bon
