Very Rude Workers.They Stopped Cooking Food An Hour Before Closing And Only Offered Us What They Had Left..And Not In A Nice Way.Will Not Be Coming Back.Now I See Why Popeyes Down The Road Was So Much Busier

Waited nearly 20 minutes for 2 tenders and Cole slaw. I finally gave up and drove through again. The person who had ordered ahead of me in the drive through was still waiting for someone to bring out their order when I left.

I have only been 3 times now. First time they didn't have what I wanted. So I settled on something else. Went another time to try again got tenders with Nashville sauce to dip FYA. Had the sauce on my mind today cause the Nashville sauce is bomb. I don't mind paying the $2 upcharge for it cause I get a cup full . However today I got a tablespoon of sauce in a big cup for $2. I'm gonna assume I paid for the container cause I didn't even get enough sauce for one tender to be dipped. I literally only wanted to go cause of this sauce. And my fries were cold and old tasting. Unamused, Consistency is what the public expects. That's how you get return customers.

I ordered Online, drove to KFC's Drive Thru, was told they haven't received my order... Waited another 20 minutes while I kept calling the Number provided, after about an hour invested I began to leave while redialing the 800 Number... I made it a Block down the Street when a Lady answered, found the transaction number, canceled/refunded the money in under 10 minutes, that Lady was the best experience of my attempt to each Chicken that Day... But it should have never included her job responsibility of dealing with the failures that began at the Ordering Phase...
