The cleaning was just ok. The cleaners spent most of the time on their phones or outside smoking. Even my neighbor noticed them hanging out in the front yard a lot. What could have been finished in a few days was strung out over several weeks. Our issue was from smoke damage. Everything downstairs had smoke damage. Once we returned home, our feet were black from soot that was still on the floors. My upstairs bathroom was clean, that was nice, but Id rather the downstairs where the damage was have been cleaned! What was really disappointing is that our clothes were sent to a dry cleaner not even half of our clothing was returned. Thousands of dollars of clothing from my closet and my husbands, just gone. We were told to contact the cleaner they use. The cleaners responded with Ill call you back over several phone calls. Never received a call back. No one took accountability for our missing things and no one could tell us where they were. When I tell you that my husband and I had to both buy a new wardrobe, I'm not exaggerating. Everything, just gone. Terrible experience and customer service. If you use this company, DO NOT let them take anything, especially clothing, from your home. You will not get it back.
