Shannon and John are excellent to work with. Shannon initially helped me when we moved to Kentucky. He was kind, patient, professional, and very informed. Ken came to our home and was top rate with all aspects of our system. The installation was seamless, and the keypad and phone app are very user friendly. John has helped with questions and billing etc. and has always been very competent and responsive. Overall, this is an excellent company with state-of-the-art equipment. I highly recommend Cornerstone.

Edit: I still stand by what was written below. While under contract, all is well. But my changing from 5 stars to 3 is for this reason...losing app control and not being able to add your equipment into self-app monitoring like Homekit. When we signed into a 3 year contract, we were told that we could cancel the monthly monitoring at the end, but would own all of the equipment. So much of this is app-centered. At no time were we told that the app itself was part of the monitoring. So when you stop paying, you basically just have an alarm panel. It will still arm, siren will alert if activated. We were aware of this, and fully understood this. But 3 years of app-based self-monitoring becomes part of your routine. Having this vacancy is quite a blow. Cornerstone guys...you all should make this very clear to your potential clients before installing. The presentation that we received made it seem we were paying for monitoring, nothing about the app being part of that monitoring. Shannon and Bobby were both very professional, prompt, and friendly. They are very knowledgeable with installing their product. And the product itself is amazing. We moved into a new (much bigger) house from a 2 bedroom apartment. These past few weeks we have been a tad bit uneasy with not knowing what all the new house sounds were. Having this alarm system already makes us feel so much safer and comfortable. The system is easy to use, there is an app for your phone, and you are able to add as much protection as you want. I would highly recommend this company.

E E Arnett I recently moved cross country and needed a security system installed. I researched Security Companies in Lexington KY BEFORE I moved and found that the best reviews were for Cornerstone Protection. My main criteria for any company is always "Honesty & Integrity". I hit the Bulls-Eye! Reading reviews pays off because I was TOTALLY satisfied with the service from Cornerstone. The setup, the panel, the app for our phones: All were explained in detail. Shannon and his team are so down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and explain everything. (They will explain at whatever level each person can understand.) I have contacted the Service to ask a question or two, or three.....by email, text, or phone.....and someone always picks up the phone or gets back to me within a short period of time.
