        My mom is in her 70's and called and had an appointment scheduled for July 26 via Jason and they never showed up and my mom called late that afternoon and they said they would be her Thursday the 28. My mom sat here all day waiting again. Then she called and office manager Duane was put on the line. He literally called my 74 year old mother a liar said she never had an appt and was not on their schedule and she had not called. I am a certified PR specialist with my doctorate degree and am not a liar or crazy I was here when my mother called. HOW RUDE DUANE AND JASON ARE TO THE ELDERLY! I AM GOING TO NOT ONLY REVIEW I am going to contact an attorney about Clark energy propane and the BBB with dates and names. Clark propane is a public service company with a customer service that is degrading to elderly is a complete shame. When you ask for the supervisors they deny help. There has to be some kind of law that protects elderly and AMERICANS from this type of abuse.
