I used Thornberry Brothers to put two brand new u its on my farm. They were there early, had it done and cleaned up behind themselves so well, I couldnt tell they were even there. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Theyre WONDERFUL!!!

Their work is fine, but their rates are misleading. $79 to show up, 5 minutes to determine problem, 5 minutes to fix... a $30 product and an additional $150 in labor. Actual labor charge, $229 for 10 minutes. AND, their guy repeatedly told me our 3 year old compressor could go out anytime soon. They do good work but talk to them before allowing them in, or you could end up paying over $20 per minute like we did!

Very responsive and got the issue resolved quickly. Repair person was very polite and knowledgeable. Will continue to use his company.

If it were possible to leave no stars, I would. I would never call them again and only recommend them to my worst enemy. I called because our pilot light would not stay lit and ended up with the working guts of my furnace being cut off...secretly. In the middle of winter. Permanently removing working parts from a furnace. Not telling the homeowner what you did. Do you need the business/money so bad that you knowingly want to make people so desperate for heat that they don't get other estimates. Red tag and inform that you cannot turn it back on...yes. Cut off the working guts to someone's furnace and not tell them...NO!
