        ZIPS is TERRIBLE. This location is never open, and they always have a different excuse as to why they are not open. There have been numerous times when the car wash has been closed at times that it should be open to use. When you can not use it half of the time and pay for a membership, it is frustrating and they will not give you a refund. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone, as you will not get what you paid for.
