        Went in today around 3 and I asked for help but didnt get it was told to find my own stuff but Wouldnt even get told size or parts I needed . I felt discriminated against by the workers, store wasnt busy at all I was the only one in the store and two guys at the counter who were working. Left and decided to just go across the street where I actually got help and great service

        They never have the parts you need. Employees don't know how to communicate. Had 2 different employees order a part I told them I'd rather just go pick up.. then when they tell me it's sitting there waiting on me. I show up to be told they never ordered the part and it's out of stock wasting 2 days of my time. The Credit Rewards is a Joke that seems to never "show up" after spending 1000s with them. I'm done doing business with this company. Time to try O Reillys
