        It was a nice property, clean, well appointed & in a good location. The neighborhood was quiet & safe. The washer does not work which was a big factor for us in choosing a short-term rental rather than a hotel room. With a new and/or fixed washer, I would give it 5 stars.

        Great place to stay! The house is beautiful and very comfortable beds! Very close to the Ark. we really enjoyed our stay!! Definitely would stay again!

        We are a large family that met up in Williamstown, KY to see the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. We loved the Simmons house! It was so large and roomy and we had plenty of private spaces. I would highly recommend this VRBO to any large group!!
