Positive: Location from Ark Encounter, friendly staff, awesome Mexican restaurant across the highway, motel (so we weren't carrying our luggage as far!) Negative: Some updates done to property - they are trying, walls are thinner than newer construction, not much choice for breakfast, bathroom very tight. Lesson learned: Wasn't familiar with area, so if we do go back, we'll stay 2 exits north at Dry Ridge. More hotels and food options.

Fabulous location. Clean. Owner very responsive. But needs some professional maintenance and needs to have outlets added and bathroom fixtures updated. Good news is that the charges are much less expensive than the name brand across the road.

Very clean. Spacious. Everything you need. Walk to Ark parking lot. Very nice management.We did an extended stay and everything went smoothly. Very safe. We will return.

The rooms were older, but some upgrades had been done and they were all extremely clean!! We booked here to go to the Ark Experience and the other two couples we were with were also impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast was continental with a choice of hard boiled eggs and/or yogurt for a protein. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. I noticed in a previous review someone complained that they had no room service during their multi day stay. There is a sign in the front office telling you they will not bother you unless you need something, then they are happy to oblige. Would absolutely stay here again if in this vicinity.
