I made an appointment but when I arrived AAA didn't know about it. I was told that I was unable to make an appointment online via their website even though I did. I even received an email from the agent confirming the appointment.

Biggest scam ever, lack of transparency, billion dollar company promoting its non-profit BS. Phone numbers at Corp. don't work and have outgoing msg that they're closed even during EST standard hours. Partners think they aren't worth the trouble and in winter months they're, (AAA), average response is 4 hrs. at best! Have had damage done to my car on (3) occasions in past 7 Yrs. AAA as most companies have used the pandemic as an excuse to outsource and unstaff most offices. Florence office doesn't answer phones and sells insurance only. Cincinnati office that oversees all NKY operations has person answering the phone that had no "ideal", (meaning idea), where Boone County was. Really! My last call I was told to go outside and be by my car in rough weather and the partner local towing shows up 3.5 hrs., later. I asked very nice driver if he was late because of a wreck. "No, we don't prioritize AAA calls until our own paying clients are taken care of. My owner only makes a small sum at end of year not based on calls. AAA is suppose to route another partner/tow service if delayed several times. I used text, service cell # etc. Each time I had to call back I had to start over and good luck if you don't know your membership #! Royal run around!
