    The rooms have definitely been remodeled, but whoever cleans does not do a good job. There were smears of "something" brown all over the outside of the bathtub. The bottom and sides of the toilet were filthy, with urine and hair. There was hair on the sheets. The microwave had fingerprints all over it, and the inside was dirty. We didn't use the fridge, so I can't speak on that. If you're looking for a cheaper hotel and don't care about cleanliness, then this is the place for you! Rooms: Very Dirty

    The hotel is located great to visit Williamstown and Petersburg, Kentucky. We had disinfectant wipes and cleaned off the front of things, such as the hand smears on the small refrigerator. The floor was dirty. The tub was stained with a brown looking substance. We think the owner was working the front desk because he gave us the towel we needed and was very kind about it. The beds were comfortable. We could hear noises from rooms beside and above, such as someone moving around a lot in the above room on a wheeled office chair. We hope the owner can keep in business. Heard people talking about being monthly "renters" and how the front desk doesn't answer the phone when they call to report an issue with their room. If we could of afforded to leave and pay for another hotel room, we would have left but our budget didn't allow. We saved money but we're not happy about the noises and dirty room. And a dead stink bug was under one of the bed pillows - gross.

    Where to start... the rooms were dirty beds and pillows smelt like they haven't been washed from previous guest. Both rooms we booked had a super dirty AC filters, I got a picture of the 2nd rooms before we left. The construction of this place is horrible you hear everytime someone walks past doors (especially feel the stomps). My parents booked this hotel for 2 rooms and of course we knew it was a 2 star hotel and we weren't gonna post any reviews, but, a neighbor below us said the bath and sink was leaking. The office lady (Darlene the blondie) blamed the damages on us and said we were to pay for it and if we use the bath we will get kicked out[EVEN THOUGH REVIEWS SAY THEY HAD PLUMBING PROBLEMS!] Especially leaking. This place needs some serious maintenance and better service.
