Burcor Fencing is one of the worst companies in terms of customer service that I have ever experienced. They installed a fence at my property and not long after the gate started to sag and not work properly. After calling SO many times, someone came out while I was at work and just cut some of the wood from the middle of the gate so that it would shut (very temporary fix since they didn't address the root problem). Of course less than a week later, same problem started again. I've literally called for MORE THAN A YEAR in an attempt to have this problem solved correctly. Most times I call there is no answer and the machine says the mail box is full. If there is an answer I just get brushed off and told that "Jeff" will be notified and I will hear back (which I never do of course). I definitely DO NOT recommend Burcor for fence installation. In fact, I actively look for opportunities to tell people to avoid them and go with a different company.
